A Note from the Editors

Hello again!

It’s us, Tom and Jordan, the editors of Vandercave Quarterly. Just like the 1993 cartoon movie about dinosaurs who come back, We’re Back, we’re back! And, just like the dinosaurs were excited to come back, we are excited to come back with our second issue.

This issue has work from two sides of North America! From Halifax, we have "An Excerpt from a yet Untitled Work of Genius" by Connor Low; from California, we have “The Houseplant in Love with a Girl” by Shannon Noel Brady.

If you have any interest in Medieval Times, we have “Green Knight Gets the Blues” by Jeremy Hanson-Finger, former editor of the excellent Dragnet Magazine. We also have a special We’re Back!-esque return of Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip in the form of a spec script by Toronto comedian Brandon Hackett. Oh ya! And how about a cartoon by Shauna Wootton why not.

Special thanks to Zoe Daniels for our wonderful cover image. She is amazing! You can find out more about her by visiting her website, her twitter, and her other twitter.

Also, remember to submit your work if you want to! We love seeing new things! Check out our submissions page for more details. Hey, check out our about page while you're at it. It's a very good about page. Or maybe go ahead and read our first issue!

Thanks for reading and we’ll see you in another quarter!

Love,

Tom and Jordan
